Which additional benefits does the holiday plus UNLIMITED membership include?
Additional to the unlimited amount of holiday plus Hotel Vouchers that you can use for payment for the accommodation, you will receive additional Hotel and Travel Specials. Please refer to the dedicated Terms & Conditions (especially with regard to the booking procedure and payment details) of these Hotel and Travel Specials.
What is the difference between Hotel and Travel Specials?
Both Hotel and Travel Specials refer to offers, which were designed especially for the holiday plus UNLIMITED member.
Hotel Specials are attractive short breaks designed around a special theme such as Wellness, Sport and Dine & Wine to name but a few, in selected and unique locations throughout the UK and Europe. These short breaks do not necessarily include the compulsory dinner but the Hotel will ask for a minimum consumption to be used against their Hotel services. Hotel Specials can only be booked through the Connex Reservation Service via e-mail and can not be booked directly with the Hotel.
Travel Specials on the other hand are travel offers throughout the world such as Ski Holidays, Cruises and Safaris to name but a few. As a holiday plus UNLIMITED member you will also receive special rates on Flights, Car Rentals, Cottage Holidays and much more. The booking of the Travel Specials will be done directly with our selected Travel Partners.
Why do I need a holiday plus Hotel and/or Travel Voucher?
You will need the holiday plus Hotel and/ or Travel Voucher as a means of payment for your holiday plus UNLIMITED Holiday. You will also need the holiday plus Hotel and Travel Voucher in order to identify yourself as a holiday plus Unlimited member.
You will pay your accommodation (Hotel Stays) with the Hotel Voucher and you will pay part of your Hotel Specials and Travel Specials with the Travel Voucher. As a holiday plus UNLIMITED member you can use (and print through the website) as many Hotel and/ or Travel Vouchers as you want and need.
Do I have to pay anything else at the Hotel?
Any additional cost that may apply is explained at the Hotel description on the website.
How do I book a Hotel?
Please choose your Hotel, your Hotel and / or Travel Special on the holiday plus Unlimited website. You will find with each Hotel, Hotel and/ or Travel Special, a detailed booking procedure as well as all of the information required in order to make the booking as a holiday plus Unlimited member.
You can either book your Hotel, Hotel and/ or Travel Special online or via telephone (where indicated). The exact booking procedure depends on which offer you choose. It is therefore important and critical for you to read the respective Terms & Conditions before you send the booking request. In order to enjoy your holiday plus UNLIMITED Holiday you will need the respective holiday plus Hotel and Travel Vouchers as means of payment and identification, which you can request online at each holiday offer.
Why do I need to register my Name and Date of Birth and why can't I change this later?
Only through the combination of Name (First and Surname) and Date of Birth are we able to link your person with your unique membership. The holiday plus UNLIMITED membership is non transferable.
Why is the Hotel, Hotel and Travel Special which I choose no longer available?
Each Hotel, Hotel and Travel Special available is presented and promoted on the holiday plus UNLIMITED website. The holiday plus UNLIMITED offers are being kept up to date on a daily basis and as a result the offer not only will increase every day but will also be seasonally adapted (the Hotels, Hotel and Travel Specials). Connex will also change from time to time the selection of Hotels available, and replace existing Hotels, Hotel and Travel Specials with new Hotels, Hotel and Travel Specials. The holiday plus UNLIMITED programme is a dynamic Holiday programme and as a result will change and amend its offers from time to time.
Nobody responds to my booking request. What shall I do?
Please contact either the Hotel/ Hotel Reservation and/ or the Travel Agency again, if necessary via telephone. If you do have questions in regards to your booking, you can do this via telephone.
Why does the Hotel not confirm my requested dates?
Each Hotel will experience a period of high demand at specific times of the year. All bookings are subject to availability at the requested Hotel. Hotels do promote and make their inventory available to Tour Operators. It therefore can happen, that the Hotel is overbooked and as a result you will not receive confirmation of your booking at the requested dates. We suggest you contact the Hotel directly (via telephone), asking which alternative dates are available or, search for alternative accommodation.
I can not take my already booked Holiday. What do I need to do?
Please inform the Hotel/ Hotel Reservation or the Travel Agency at your earliest convenience. Cancellation and any related costs hereof are subject to the Terms & Conditions of each Hotel and Tour Operator offering the Hotel and Travel Specials.

Connex Marketing GmbH is the publisher of holiday plus UNLIMITED programme. Connex was established in 1986 and operates in 11 European countries.
Can I purchase a holiday plus UNLIMITED membership directly through the local Connex Branch?
No, holiday plus UNLIMITED is only available through selected companies.
