Booking Procedure: how to book your holiday plus Holiday

It is easy to book your holiday with holiday plus.  You can look forward to relaxing, indulging and experiencing the many holiday plus partner hotels.

Only a few steps to your happiness.

1. Choose your destination

Choose your desired hotel from the extensive list of hotels or from one of the offers found under our hotel specials. For every hotel or hotel special, you will find a detailed description and information on how you can redeem your hotel vouchers.

2. Enquiries

Under the selected hotel or Hotel Special, click on "booking request" and fill out the reservations form. Your enquiry will go directly to either the hotel or to a hotel reservations centre. Please note the instructions for redemption under the particular offer.

3. Booking

After sending your reservations enquiry, the availability will be checked and you will receive a reservations offer. After you confirm your reservations offer, your holiday with the holiday plus Hotel Voucher will be firmly booked and you will receive a reservation confirmation.

Important Information

All hotels and travel offers that are currently available as options for the holiday plus programme are presented in this website. The holiday plus offer is continuously updated and expanded, and is also dependent on the season. For this reason, many existing hotels and hotel offers can be temporarily (e.g. due to capacity bookings) or permanently removed from the programme and replaced with other hotels and offers.

All reservations are dependent on the number of rooms available in a particular hotel at the time of the enquiry. Hotels make their contingent of rooms available to different reservation systems and travel operators. Thus, it is possible that capacities could already be filled with one reservation system or travel operator, while room capacities are still available with a different travel operator.

The booking status at a hotel is continuously changing.  As a result, a hotel could be booked to capacity at the time of enquiry, yet have rooms available a few days later (e.g. due to cancellations or the return of room capacities by individual suppliers).
